     An Easy Way To Eat Too Much Without Gaining Weight

The main problem that disturbs people who want to reduce their body weight is the problem of feeling  hunger regularly and not even when they are eating. There is an easy way to deal with this problem as follows.

1. Start with drinking water, juice and fruit before eating.

   Before you eat your food first you can drink one glass of water, juice and fruit half a dish. Beginning with this will make you feel comfortable and feel comfortable without eating it too much food.

2. Eat fruit, milk and juice when you are hungry.

    If you have eaten but after a short time you feel hungry try  to eat fruits Like a parcel and a pencil, milk juice or a heavy juice, this will help fill your stomach and make you not feel hungry. It is good to consider the fruit that helps reduce the weight.

3. Eat grand nuts, cuts or popcorn to prevent hunger

     When hungry try to chew cereals, peanuts or popcorn, chewing these foods will help you get rid of hunger and gain vitamins, minerals and fat without increasing your body weight

4. Eat plenty of fluid liquids

   To make you a lot of food without getting too much polymerization, eating plenty of water like soup, soup, juice, juice and juice. These foods will fill your stomach and will help make you feel comfortable.
