Many people who suffer from obesity  take various steps to deal with, but most of them find themselves getting worse and causing them to give up. The following are the mistake  that most people do unknowingly on their weight loss journey.

i) solve the problem without knowing the source of the problem     

In order to solve the problem you must know the source of the problem, many people are struggling with the obesity are trying to solve the problem without knowing the source of their obesity. If will know your obesity causes, it will help you find the right way to deal with it. When you fail to know the source then it will be difficult to succeed on your journey of weight   lose. For example if you have become fat because of taking too much junks food then you will never lose weight if you will not stop eating junks foods even if you do physical exercise.

ii) To avoid food

   others peoples when they start dealing with obesity they can decide to start eating too little and sometimes avoid other kinds of food, they can eat twice or once day a day, this is a health risk and weakens the body’s immune system, and it can also cause an serious   disease such as anorexia2 and can even cause death,  also avoiding food  may not help to lose weight instead you  may become more fat.  The body needs all kinds of foods so that you can become healthy and have strong body   immune, build your body and protect your self

iii) Stop exercising as soon as they lose weight

    Many people stop exercising and maintaining good nutrition as soon as they get a good weight loss, this condition causes the body to recur in its original condition or increase, which causes the person to lose his desire to relieve the body again.

iv) Have a bad balance diet (diet)

     Having a bad diet setting when you decide to reduce weight is similar to waiting for a plane on ferry , not knowing how much calories you need to eat and continuing to eat one kind of food as eating a lot of fatty foods and more fat will make you even less as you practice

v) Not following the doctor’s advice

        Starting the body and stopping to eat some foods can be dangerous to your health, you need to know your health before you begin to lower your body weight, such as fences and fats, stomach ulcers, chronic illnesses, or health problems that need to be treated before you have not begun to reduce the body, and also take antibiotics without following a medical procedure that can bring you more serious consequences in your body, if you have a problem with obesity, it is best to see the Doctor before you start to take the program .

vi) Exercise without following a specific procedure

     Exercise without following a specific procedure may cause you problems, the practice of a person who starts today cannot be the same as that of a person who started two months ago, to start exercising too much in the first time it may cause you muscle problems, also exercise differs from age, gender and The health of a person, for example a woman’s excessive exercises can affect her hormone and the ability to give birth can also convert her appearance from female to male appearance.
