Type Of 15 Foods That Can Help You To loose Weight

1. Vegetables (Leafy Greens)

   Green vegetables such as spinach, chines es, weeks and figs are the most important foods in your weight lose journey, these vegetables have a small carbohydrate and carbohydrates with fibbers ( fibbers) in bulk. Putting these vegetables in your diet will make you add a lot of food and enjoy it well without adding more calories into your body. This will be especially helpful for someone who is accustomed to eating too much and wants to slow down eating without feeling hungry. The existing of fibber in these vegetables will make you not  feel hungry sooner but also these vegetables are a major source of vitamins and minerals of iron. Also they  have  antioxidants that help to burn fat

2. Honey:

    This rich diet and much use in human life are a good source of weight loss. This diet contributes rich in vitamins and minerals, which strengthens the body’s immune system and protects the body’s immune system, starting today using honey in your diet to have a good effect on health, body and mind

3. White meat

   White meat such as chicken meat contains proteins that help build body and reduce poll in the body, it is very important to get proteins in your daily diet to be healthy and to reduce weight in a situation that will not endanger your health.

4. Eggs

    Eggs are a good diet for a person with weight loss, eggs has proteins and healthy oils that will help you to free obesity for a long time and reduce the level of calories s in the body. The eggs also contain minerals and essential vitamins in the human body

5. Beans vegetables

   beans-vegetables,  such as  cereals, peas, cereals, beans and peas. These foods contain protein, minerals and fibbers in bulk that contribute to body building and to prevent weight gain.

6. Fish

   Eat food and cold water fishes contain minerals, natural oils and vitamins that will help reduce your body weight in good   condition. Examples of those fishes are such as Salmon and sperm fish. Those fishes are very important in weight lose journey.  such as Salmon has omega-3 fatty acids, which helps in the prevention of weight gain and dietary disorders.

7. Calciferous Vegetables (Calciferous Vegetables)

    These vegetables contain fibber-rich.  fibbers that help keep you from getting hungry  quickly, these vegetables also have a  protein that helps to build your body properly, example of these vegetable are such as cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower and Brussels sprouts.  

 8. Potatoes, beans to be baked   

  Sweet potatoes, potatoes, jars and turnips, have fibber, minerals and vitamins that do not make you not feel hungry, strong and good body protection. Note that these foods should be cooled and not flayed with oil   for good results.

 9.  (Avocado)     

Avocado contains natural fat that is good for health, contains potassium and monounsaturated polemic acid derivatives which are derived from olive oil. It also has water that helps you feel satisfied and do not get hungry faster

10. Vinegar Apple (Apple Cider Vinegar)   

 This richly balanced diet helps to make you feel comfortable and to make you  feel energy all  day. Studies suggest that using this vinegar will make you cut between 1.2 and 1.7 g per week. Also vinegar helps reduce the level of sugar exceeded after eating

 

11. chill Pepper .

Chill Pepper is a very good diet to reduce your body weight. Chill pepper has the capsaicin that helps to digest and reduce fat.  

12. Fruit with vitamin C in bulk   

   Fruited vitamin C fruits such as orange, lemons, lemon juice, acne and grapefruit greatly contribute to reducing the body. These fruits help reduce body fat, absorb the same hormones of insulin in the body and metabolism.

13. Natural oils.

      Coconut oil, olive oil and fish oil are the best fuel in your body. Here does not mean using this fat In bulk means you use this fat in your cooking instead of using other oil  that will make you more fat
